Crystal Blue Clear Kayak Photoshoots takes pride in our customer driven model, as well as the quality of the work we provide. Our overall goal is to capture the radiance of our customers and share it with the world. However we understand that not all customers may approve of their photographs being published on public platforms.

All photos will be taken and provided to their respective session holders, however each session holder has the right to refuse agreement to their photograph being published.
Therefore no services will be rendered until a consent form is provided.

                                 Statement of Risks:
 

• Injury and drowning can occur even in shallow or apparently calm waters.  All swimmers in pools or the ocean do so at their own risk. 

• The use of alcohol, drugs and certain medications may severely inhibit your ability to swim, operate or use equipment, or perform other activities. Never mix drinking and watersports and marine activities.

• Exposure to the sun may result in sunburn, heat stroke and dehydration. Wear protective clothing and sunscreen, and drink plenty of water.

• If you ever feel dizzy or sick, seek medical attention.
